Ideation & Vision
The founding team discussed and ideated the need for better technology in Nepal, identifying data and AI as key enablers for impact.

Company Registration
Synapse Technologies Private Limited was formally registered as a company.

Start of Kanoon Portal
Kanoon Portal development began. Pranjal Timsina also delivered a flash talk on AI Governance at yIGF Nepal 2024.

Conducted a capacity-building session titled “AI in Action: Practical Strategies for the Workplace” at an event organized by Friends of the Silk Road Club.

Regional & Global Engagement
Synapse and Kanoon Portal were key supporters in the Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance 2025.
Pranjal Timsina spoke at the Asia-Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum on the topic “AI for Justice: Bridging the Gap or Deepening the Digital Divide in the Asia Pacific”, alongside senior policymakers, professors, supreme court justices, and government officials.
